Q: What if a caller needs a human?

A: This depends on your use-case and can be handled in one of several ways, depending on what you want to happen.  What's important here, though, is exactly that.  Your AI receptionist can handle this scenario however you want it to happen!  


The simplest way is to simply have the AI agent gather the information and notify you (and/or anyone in your organization) that the caller would like a human to call them back.  Instant warm transfers to your team or smart voicemail with a summary + transcript sent to your inbox/CRM are all possible.

Q: What if I want to keep my existing number on my site and social channels?

A: There are several ways to handle this, so the short answer is "any scenario you can think of is possible!"


If your current phone number is essential to your brand, you can set up conditional call forwarding through your phone provider.  This allows calls to your existing number to be forwarded to your AI receptionist's number when the line is busy or unanswered.  For best results, we recommend using "conditional call forwarding."

Q: How is usage billed?

A: Usage is primarily minutes + interactions.  We bundle a monthly base that covers platform + management, then right-size usage blocks to your patterns.  If volume rises, we’ll contact you to readjust.

There are two parts to the fees for our AI Receptionist:


 - Setup Fee - This is a one-time fee for setting up the system and training your AI receptionist on your business.  This includes training your existing staff on how to interact with it.  The range can vary from as little as $1500 to as much as $5000 or more, again, depending on what all is involved in getting your AI receptionist properly set up.

 - Monthly Recurring Fee - This is the ongoing cost of maintaining your AI receptionist and the system behind it all.  It can be as little as $600 per month and up, primarily depending on the volume of calls.


Most clients invest $800–$2,500+/month depending on call volume, channels (phone, SMS, web chat), and integrations. Setup ranges from $1,500–$5,000 to cover call-flow design, scripting, calendar/CRM wiring, testing, training and compliance. We’ll model your last 30–90 days of calls and give you an exact forecast on a 15-minute fit call.  Ask about discounts on the setup fee AND monthly fee if billed annually.

Q: Can you waive the setup fee?

A: We can't completely waive the setup, but we might be able to reduce it.  For example, if you paid annually rather than monthly.  There is simply too much hard cost involved just in the labor alone to train your receptionist for your specific business for us to completely absorb the setup fee.

Q: Can I customize what my agents say?

A: Absolutely!  You have full control over everything your agent says, from the point at which a call is answered to the way your receptionist says "goodbye."  Everything your receptionist says can be fully customized to handle any caller question or request.  This gives you complete control over how your receptionist handles the entire interaction with your customers!

Q: Do you replace my phone system?

A: In most cases, no.  We plug into what you use, route calls intelligently, and hand off to humans when it’s sensitive or complex, OR hand off the information via text and/or phone and/or spreadsheet, depending on your needs.

Q: What happens if my AI receptionist encounters a question it can’t answer?

A: For complex questions, it’s often easier for a person to take over, but we can also just have your AI receptionist flag it in a message and let you be the one to answer it when you call back.
