A: We follow your consent policy and local laws. Recording may be possible later, but for now, will be off by default. Call notes are stored securely and sent to you via text and/or email. We’ll document data flows during onboarding so you control what’s captured, where it lives, and for how long.
A: Usage is primarily minutes + interactions. We bundle a monthly base that covers platform + management, then right-size usage blocks to your patterns. If volume rises, we’ll contact you to readjust.
A: We can't completely waive the setup, but we might be able to reduce it. For example, if you paid annually rather than monthly. There is simply too much hard cost involved just in the labor alone to train your receptionist for your specific business for us to completely absorb the setup fee.

- Monthly Recurring Fee - This is the ongoing cost of maintaining your AI receptionist and the system behind it all. It can be as little as $600 per month and up, primarily depending on the volume of calls.

Most clients invest $800–$2,500+/month depending on call volume, channels (phone, SMS, web chat), and integrations. Setup ranges from $1,500–$5,000 to cover call-flow design, scripting, calendar/CRM wiring, testing, and compliance. A: In most cases, no. We plug into what you use, route calls intelligently, and hand off to humans when it’s sensitive or complex, OR hand off the information via text and/or phone and/or spreadsheet, depending on your needs.
A: Typical go-live is within 30 days after kickoff. First, we'll do the intake, call-flow design, scripts, integrations. We'll then do some fine-tunding tuning with real calls, guardrails, and handoff rules. If you need it faster, we can compress timelines with a limited initial scope (core intents only) and expand after launch.
