There are two parts to the fees for our AI Receptionist:
- Setup Fee - This is a one-time fee for setting up the system and training your AI receptionist on your business. This includes training your existing staff on how to interact with it. The range can vary from as little as $1500 to as much as $5000 or more, again, depending on what all is involved in getting your AI receptionist properly set up.
- Monthly Recurring Fee - This is the ongoing cost of maintaining your AI receptionist and the system behind it all. It can be as little as $600 per month and up, primarily depending on the volume of calls.
Most clients invest $800–$2,500+/month depending on call volume, channels (phone, SMS, web chat), and integrations. Setup ranges from $1,500–$5,000 to cover call-flow design, scripting, calendar/CRM wiring, testing, training and compliance.
